Recently, I had a call from Des Ralph who states that last Thursday he was out playing golf with Rob and the world was all good.
He got a phone call from Rob on the Friday saying that he (Rob) wouldn’t be playing next week.
Sunday Rob was operated on for Bowel and Liver cancer.
A large amount of the lower intestine was removed.
By all reports Rob’s condition is much better than previously predicted and apparently all is looking as well as can be expected under the conditions.
We all wish you a speedy recovery Rob and a return to the weekly game of golf. (You may have to alter your swing slightly Des tells me.)
