I received an Email from Bob’s daughter offering an update on her father..

Good Morning Glen,

Thank you so much for your call this morning, and for giving me the opportunity to catch everybody up on what has been happening with dad.

Dad was diagnosed with Frontal Lobe Dementia back in 2015 and has been residing in Regis Aged Care Facility in Caboolture.

For the most part he has been physically fit and healthy up until April 2019 when he had a fall and suffered a brain bleed that we were told he was not likely to survive.

Dad pulled through, but has deteriorated quite dramatically and is now bedridden and does not recognise anyone.

Dad was always passionate about his Army mates and loved ANZAC day so much. He so enjoyed coming to the re-union in Coffs Harbour and catching up with everyone.

We will keep you posted with any updates.
